We recently stayed at a traditional Japanese hotel and were blown away by the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was spacious and immaculate, providing ample room for our group of five. The in-room breakfast and dinner were both incredible, showcasing the delicious flavors and attention to detail of Japanese cuisine. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, with a beautiful outdoor setting and 24-hour access. The hotel offered free parking and even helped us park our car.
The only drawback we encountered was the price, as it was on the higher side.

Got a great deal for Easter! The food was definitely a highlight of our stay, we had delicious Japanese cuisine. The outdoor onsen was definitely the best aspect of our stay, we enjoyed a relaxing soak every day. The location was great, close to beautiful landscapes and nature trails. Our room was spacious and comfortable, great for our family.
The hotel lacked some basic amenities. The bathroom was a little cramped and outdated.

The service provided by the staff was top-notch - they were friendly, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including air conditioning, an in-room safe. I also enjoyed the variety of entertainment options available, with a television and flat-screen TV to keep me entertained. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious meals served right in my room. I couldn't have asked for a better place to unwind and relax.

The traditional Japanese hotel we stayed at during our city trip was almost perfect. The staff was not only friendly but also provided perfect services. The room was pretty clean, neat, and large enough for five people, which was a great advantage. In-room breakfast and dinner were both delicious and fantastic Japanese cuisine. The hotel also offered free parking, and sometimes the staff would help you park your car when you came back from outside, which added to our comfort.
It is slightly pricier than the average hotels around the area, which could be a disadvantage for some people.
